Handy Home Help provides vendor listing with feedback from customers, like you, who have had work done through Handy Home Help. Each vendor provides contact information and pictures of their work. Customers who get a referral through Handy Home Help are able to post feedback to indicate whether the work was satisfactory. Get a referral through Handy Home Help and receive a free gift! If you get a referral to a vendor through Handy Home Help and complete a survey, you will receive a free gift. You can help yourself and others as well! Why do I need to register? You need to register to view the vendor listings. Since the listings are a paid service to the vendors, we need to track who is requesting referrals, so we can follow up on the service. You do not need to provide an address or phone number until the time of referral. At that point, it's the same as giving your name and phone number to a contractor you found in the yellow pages. Handy Home Help will never provide your personal information to anyone under any circumstances except as part of the documented referral process. How does the referral work? After you have registered and indicate that you'd like a referral sent to a vendor, Handy Home Help contacts the vendor with your referral information. At the same time, you will be sent an email with a link to use when the work is done. Once your vendor has completed the work, you can use this link to tell us that the service was completed and indicate whether or not you're satisfied with the work. Your feedback then becomes visible to other customers who will benefit from your experience with that vendor. This system encourages vendors to do satisfactory work and helps you and other customers find good vendors for their work.
